Paracotta accepts returns and issues refunds only under limited circumstances. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

The item received is materially different from the order placed (e.g., incorrect product, size, or color).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Clearance or sale items;

Customized or personalized products;

Items that, due to hygiene reasons, cannot be resold.
3. Timeframe

Customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving their order to request a return.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs if the return meets the conditions above.

5. Refund Method
