Refund / Return Policy

Paracotta accepts returns and issues refunds only under limited circumstances. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item received is defective or faulty; or

  • The item received is materially different from the order placed (e.g., incorrect product, size, or color).

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or sale items;

  • Customized or personalized products;

  • Items that, due to hygiene reasons, cannot be resold.

3. Timeframe

  • Customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving their order to request a return.

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs if the return meets the conditions above.

  • Return instructions and prepaid labels (where applicable) will be provided upon approval.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • We do not provide store credit or exchanges, except to correct a faulty or incorrect order.
